Morgan Wallen announced the new album One Thing At A Time

Morgan Wallen, the Country artist, announced via Twitter that his eagerly awaited new album, ‘One Thing At A Time,’ would soon be available. A genre-defying 36-track album will be the chart-topping artist’s most recent release.

Morgan Wrote on Twitter: “This announcement has been coming long. I’m releasing my album pre-order tonight!! And releasing 3 new songs to celebrate – “Last Night,” “Everything I Love,” and “I Wrote The Book.”

On March 3, 2023, Album of the Year winner Morgan Wallen at the 2022’s Academy of Country Music Awards will release his third album, “One Thing At A Time.” Depending on your point of view, it is the follow-up to the most lauded or infamous album release cycle in a generation.

If you’re wondering how Wallen intends to exceed the country genre’s and the music industry’s impressive success (104 weeks and going in total spent in Billboard charts Top 10) with his quadruple-platinum comparable “Dangerous: The Double Album,” that has been released in 2021, first take into account the fact that it has two more songs than the breakout hit “American Heartbreak” by Zach Bryan, from the year 2022.

Ashlyne Wallen will join  HARDY,  Church, and ERNEST on the album and contribute harmony vocals to the song “Outlook.”

Wallen returns to his childhood roots to collaborate with his sister, Ashlyne Wallen, on “Outlook.” In addition to featuring his regular group of songwriters, including the ERNEST as mentioned earlier and  HARDY, BMI Country Songwriter of the Year in 2022(as well as names like Nicolle Galyon and Miranda Lambert, who co-wrote “Thought You Should Know,” the No1single from May 2022,  which is included on the record).

“With my two sisters, I grew up singing three-part harmonies at church. That was a full-circle experience for Ashlyne and me because that’s how I began to sing,” Wallen continued.

The 36-track project came  in December after Wallen’s three-song One Thing At A Time – Sampler, which included “One Thing At A Time,” “Tennessee Fan,” and “Days That End In Why.”

Several previously teased songs, including  “Whiskey Friends,” “Ain’t That Some,”  “Me + All Your Reasons,”  “Keith Whitley,” as well as his most historic blockbuster smash, “You Proof,” along with his latest single, “Thought You Should Know,” get featured on the eagerly awaited album.

Since the shot was taken at his late grandmother’s (Mamaw) house in Sneedville, Tennessee, it has special meaning for Wallen. “Mamaw Boots raised me with her support. I felt such a unique connection to her, so I decided to pay tribute to her with this new record,” said Morgan Wallen.

Wallen’s “One Night At A Time” World Tour

“One Night At A Time” global tour, which launches overseas March 15–24 in  Australia and New Zealand, along with HARDY as an opener, Wallen gets projected to perform many of these 36 songs in front of almost three million fans.

The 63-show tour, which will visit 30 stadiums, theaters,  arenas, and festivals for fans in four countries and two continents, will be one of the most extensive tours of 2023 thus far and the largest tour of Wallen’s career.

For his first-ever stadium tour, called One Night At A Time World Tour, Wallen will shortly make a comeback on the road.

The tour will formally begin on March 15 at the Spark Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. The U.S. portion of the tour kicks up on April 14 with consecutive nights at American Family Field in Milwaukee.

He then embarks on a six-month tour with HARDY, Parker McCollum, ERNEST,  and Bailey Zimmerman after returning to the United States on April 15 at American Family Field in Milwaukee.

Due to the artist’s love of hip-hop, the album also includes a cover of The Allman Brothers’ “Midnight Rider” on the track “Everything I Love” and the track “180 (Lifestyle),” which is a sample of  “Lifestyle” of Young Thug.    Collaborations with HARDY on “In The Bible,” Eric Church on “Man Made A Bar,”  and ERNEST on “Cowgirls” are also included for fans of more traditional country music.

After breaking all previous attendance records at Globe Life Field in Texas for his stadium debut, Wallen will perform at numerous ballparks across North America, including MetLife Stadium in New Jersey,  Wrigley Field in Chicago, American Family Field in Milwaukee, and Fenway Park in Boston, among others.

The North American leg of the Tour, which Live Nation is putting on, will end on October 7 in Tacoma Dome in Washington.

Following Wallen’s hugely successful Dangerous Tour, which featured more than 50 sold-out performances, comes the One Night At A Time World Tour.

During its eight-month run, the record-breaking Tour shattered attendance records at the XFINITY Theatre,  Darien Lake Amphitheater, and AmericanBank Center while also breaking records at 30 sites across the United States, including spectacular sellouts at Eleven venues.
