Don Toliver featured James Blake, Future, Wizkid & more in ‘”Love Sick”

Don Toliver, the celebrated American singer & rapper, dropped his third studio album with 16 tracks, “Love Sick,” on Friday, February 24. After treating fans to a grand tracklist announcement, DonToliver shared some of the features from each track off his upcoming album, “Love Sick.

Toliver’s Love Sick unveiled each feature with vibrant vintage imagery, making it easy to brag that the record features  Wizkid,  Justin Bieber, Future, James Blake, and many other artists.

The 16-track album, which has a running time of about 50 minutes, includes guest performances from artists such as-

  • James Blake, in “Let Her Go” 
  • Lil Durk and GloRilla in “Leave The Club” 
  • Kali Uchis in “4 Me” 
  • Justin Bieber and Future in “Private Landing”
  • TisaKorean in “Go Down”
  • Brent Faiyaz in “Bus Stop” 
  • Charlie Wilson in “If I Had”
  • and Toro y Moi in “Cinderella.”

The Cactus Jack signee released Life of a Don in 2021, featuring production from people like  Mustard, Allen Ritter, Metro Boomin, Mike Dean,  Cardo, Hit-Boy,  and Sonny Digital, as cameos from  Uchis, HVN,  Baby Keem, Travis Scott, and SoFaygo.

Love Sick is the artist’s first full-length release since then. It debuted at 2nd  on the Billboard 200, earning Toliver his highest-charting album and his second top ten hits.

After the excellent ‘Heaven Or Hell’ from 2020, the rapper’s meticulous work ethic saw the release of the follow-up ‘Life Of A DON’ in 2021, and in 2022 came a flood of features. He collaborated with everyone from Justin Bieber to SZA via WizKid and Trippie Redd.

Grant Rindner and Don Toliver recently sat down to create an exclusive cover story for the Clash. “Even so, Don did inform us while keeping his cards close to his chest.

“For this particular album, I focused on the story and the concept, and the tracklist is moving in accordance with the plot as it actually unfolds,” Toliver said.
