BLACKPINK has arrived in Bangkok, Thailand, as a part of their BORN PINK World Tour today, on January 6, 2023. They will perform “Born Pink” at the 37th Golden Disc Award on January 7, 2023.

The BORN PINK World Tour, which is still in progress, received four brand-new dates from YG Entertainment on December 7, 2022.

The South Korean girl group Blackpink comprises four members Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé. The group made its debut in August 2016 with the release of “Square One,” their first single album, which included the songs “Boombayah” & “Whistle.”

The songs became their first number-one entries on the US Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart and the South Korean Gaon Digital Chart, respectively.

BLACKPINK’s BORN PINK World Tour is moving toward its stated goal of having the most extensive K-pop girl group’s world tour in history, according to YG Entertainment. Fans have rushed to secure seats to watch the PINK VENOM quintet play live as their tickets for the group have been selling out so quickly.

BLACKPINK, sometimes regarded as the “largest female group in the world,” is the most well-known Korean girl group outside Korea. BORN PINK(2022), their second studio album, debuted at number one and became the first Korean girl group album to sell more than two million copies, becoming the best-selling album of all time. On the US Billboard Hot 100, they are the highest-charting female Korean act.

BLACKPINK has given concerts in several well-known places, including Seoul, Dallas,  Newark, Houston, LA,  Chicago, and London. The quintet has since booked more dates for their Asian tour portion, so it appears they haven’t finished there.

Schedule for the tour in 2023

On January 7 and 8, 2023, the K-pop group will perform in Bangkok to kick off the Asian leg of their tour. Performances will follow this in Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Kuala Lumpur, and many other cities. Consequently, they added 11 additional locations and 18 additional shows to their Asian leg of the World Tour.
