Ash will be commemorated in the upcoming Pokemon series.
Ash Ketchum is a Pokemon franchise’s fictional character owned by Nintendo. He appears as the main character in the Pokémon anime, a few manga books, and various franchise-related merchandise.
The Pokémon Company confirmed the ending of the Pokémon adventure of Ash Ketchum. “Aim to be a Pokémon Master,” a series of 11 memorable episodes, will premiere in Japan on January 13, 2023. They will conclude the tale of Ash and Pikachu, according to a video uploaded on Twitter.
Undoubtedly, a new age has come to an end. The “Indigo League,” which featured timeless episodes like “Charmander – The Stray Pokémon,” “Showdown in Pewter City,” and “Battle Aboard St. Anne,” marked the beginning of Ash’s adventure back in April 1997. The recognizable lead character appeared in dozens of theatrical films and had brief cameos in the video game series. Watch the new trailer below.

The Pokémon Company also said that a brand-new anime series named Riko and Roy will debut in Japan in April 2023, further indicating that Ash’s journey is coming close. Much information hasn’t been released about the new series, but we know that the Paldea starter Pokémon will appear.
The aspects of Scarlet & Violet’s protagonist and antagonist will be incorporated into this new anime. At the beginning of the anime’s run, Ash was modeled after Red from the title Red, and Gary Oak was modeled after Blue from the titular Blue. But since there are no specifics, all we can do is guess.

There is a brief scene of our new protagonist selecting her beginning Pokemon while holding a Pokeball with a row of three behind her video. She then sits on the table with a Pokeball still in her hand. And she got astonished at Sprigatito, who was now seated there. She seems to have chosen that; therefore, Sprigatito might take over as Pikachu in the future.

A stop to Ash. How strange. We’ll miss the little man, but we’re confident he’ll continue peacefully spending the rest of his days with Pikachu as a perennial 10-year-old.
No matter how many’mons Ash summoned, Pikachu was always nearby. It’s (maybe) Sprigatito’s turn now.
