The president of the Amazigh World Congress, Kamira Naître Sid, has been missing for two days. His brother denounces on Twitter and accuses the Algerian authorities of being at the origin of his disappearance.

The tweet sparked several reactions, including that of Franco-Israeli lawyer Gilles Williams.

“Could someone calmly explain to me why the French newspapers often mention the Sahrawi claims in Morocco and never the Kabyle claims in Algeria?” Yet the reality of the Kabyle people with their own language appears to me to be much more obvious, ”we can read in a tweet published on Gilles-Williams Goldnadel’s account.

Gilles – William Goldnadel is a Franco-Israeli lawyer, essayist and associative and political activist, he is notably known for his pro-Israel political commitment. Emblematic figure of the neo-conservative current which gradually developed in the French Jewish community, during the 2000s, he is a regular on television sets where he intervenes as a columnist, in particular on the very right-wing channel of ‘CNews’ continuous information.
